We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unused/unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

To start a return, contact us at info@pawsandhomecreations.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Vintage & Repurposed Furniture (All Sales Final)

All sales of vintage, refurbished, or repurposed furniture are final.

  • These pieces may show minor blemishes, variations, or imperfections that reflect their age, craftsmanship, and previous life.
  • By purchasing, you acknowledge you are buying an authentic pre-owned piece—not a new product—and that such characteristics are part of its charm.
  • No refunds, returns, or exchanges are accepted for these items once purchased.

Please review all photos, measurements, and descriptions carefully—and ensure buying vintage furniture is right for you—before checkout. We’re happy to provide additional details or images upon request.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards
